The social security conventions apply to all residents of Israel and to the citizens of the countries with which Israel who signed conventions,who belong to one of the following groups:
A. Israeli residentA person whose life is centered in Israel. Criteria for determining this include: Israel is your permanent place of residence, where your family resides, where your children go to school, your primary place of work, or where you are studying. who temporarily moves to a country with which Israel has a social security convention.
B. Resident of a country with which Israel has a social security convention, moving to Israel for work purposes.
C. Anyone who has been an Israeli resident and accumulated a period of insurance in Israel, and moved to a country with which Israel has a convention.
D. Israeli resident who immigrated to Israel from a country with which Israel has a social security convention after accumulating there a period of insurance.
